Liquid Light Retreat

LIQUID LIGHT:: As beings of fluid and energy, we explore self-healing with fascial movement.

We will learn about how we respond emotionally and physically to injury and trauma. Over time we can get ‘stuck’ in physical and emotional patterns. Then we will see how we can heal with fascial movement and emotional release.

Venue is Breezy Petals Campground. Geodesic domes set by a pond surrounded by trees and creatures.

What do you need to bring?

* An open heart and mind

* An intention to heal

* Pot luck snacks and water (wheat and dairy allergies)

* Yoga mat and/or blanket for floor/ground movements

* Clothing for weather variations
